A Study on the Effectiveness of Deep Learning applied Disease Prediction Model using Wearable Devices
Since 2019, through COVID-19 Pandemic worldwide, the needs for non-face-to-face medical care has become much clearer, realizing the limits of traditional outpatient care, too. In such a situation, there are many studies in which digital medical devices are developed and healthcare analysis technology is gradually developed to predict diseases. However, the situation is not yet sufficient.
In this researh, Deep learning is applied to the data collected via wearable devices, and three research models, that is, the clinical data research model, the life log research model, and the deep learning application feedback research model. I verified the efficacy of the Deep learning application disease prediction model that was integrated into one by linking the disease prediction models. By applying the latest deep learning technology, I have established a deep learning application model that can predict diseases through a repetitive circular Neural network that is one level higher than the application of the regression analysis model, which is an usual statistical method. The research procedure provides clinical data through wearable devices with Artificial intelligence recommendations for disease prevention for life pattern analysis through life log data after first seeing changes in the numerical values of factors that influence the disease. After that, the utility of the prediction model was investigated by linking the feedback models to which deep learning was applied. A total of 92 subjects were selected from 41 people in the wearable device wearing group and 41 people in the non-wearable device wearing group, and experiments were conducted twice in total for 8 weeks. As a results, I investigated the results of the research, in the case of the research model of clinical data, I looked the improvement effect of the factors that influence the disease, and in the research model of the life log, there is a total of 5 items such as exercise, movement, rest, sleep, and life style. This will provide recommended phrases for the prevention of individual illnesses. Since then, the feedback research model for deep learning application has confirmed the phenomenon that the accuracy of the predicted value changes linearly per 1,000 EPOCH when the Autoencoder and the Deep neural network are combined. In fact, in the case of smoking data affecting hypertension in metabolic syndrome, it was confirmed that the accuracy was improved by 8.6% and 6.4% or more, respectively, as the value of the variable increased. In fact, I verified that the preclinical data research model and the life log research model are interrelated to form a feedback model for deep learning application and behave in an associated manner. This study is significant in that it presents a new disease prediction model to which deep learning is applied, using wearable devices that have not been fully dealt with so far.
