ESG is an acronym for environmental, social, and governance, and is an index that measures a company's non-financial performance. It is a criterion made to invest in consideration of not only financial statements and cash flow, but also sustainability and social value when selecting an investment company. Domestic companies have established a management paradigm that emphasizes non-financial values including ESG by establishing and reorganizing ESG-related departments. This means that the existing corporate social responsibility is being established as the concept of sustainable management that pursues not only social contribution activities but also social, environmental, and transparent governance, that is, ESG management activities. Today, companies are required to pursue sustainable management that meets the needs of stakeholders and preserves and improves environmental and social resources. Currently, consumers who closely monitor ESG activities are evaluating whether ESG activities are sincere based on their own beliefs and values. Companies with sincerity are cheered for by purchasing and publicity, but companies that are merely ‘showing’ lead to a boycott. This is ESG from the consumer's point of view where purchasing activities are based on ESG standards. As ESG consumption increases, the company's performance and stock price rise, and the higher the rating and social evaluation criteria for this company, the higher the investment. A virtuous cycle system of ESG investment-management-consumption was established. ESG activities are indicators and standards that show that the center of capitalism is shifting from money to people, then to society and the earth. ESG activities should be conducted as a corporate strategy that prioritizes consumers and the environment, not the standards of investment institutions. In this study, evaluation criteria and research have been conducted from the perspective of ESG investment institutions in the reality that the desire for ESG activities of companies is increasing worldwide and the degree of interest is expanding. The purpose of this study is to investigate the evaluation of ESG activity that is formed when consumers directly use the services and products provided by the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate how ESG activities affect individual consumers and how they are interrelated so that companies can develop sustainable growth through ESG activities, and finally, whether individual consumers are connected to the company's customer loyalty. The model of this study showed ESG in a broad sense in three areas: environmental, social, and governance. ESG activities tried to confirm the value of a company by considering not only the profit aspects of the company such as financial performance such as sales and profits, but also non-financial performance such as social issues, ethics, and the environment. As a result of analyzing the degree of influence on the corporate image by factor by comparing the path coefficients, information transparency, social value, energy efficiency, environmental value, compliance/ethical management, value chain productivity, and regional cluster establishment were found in the order. As a result of analyzing the degree of influence on trust, information transparency, environmental value, social value, corporate image, and compliance/ethical management were found in order. It was found that transparency of information had the greatest effect on trust. As a result of analyzing the degree of influence on customer loyalty, it was found in order of trust and corporate image. As a result of the moderating effect analysis, age and educational background did not play a role as moderator variables, but ESG authenticity and stock investment experience acted as moderator variables, and it was found that there was a moderating effect for each hypothesis.
