Considering that the content analysis based on the content displayed in the network may be different from the reality, in order to understand how the results obtained in the content analysis are reflected in the actual reality, this paper interviewed and analyzed the golden age women working in private enterprises. According to the results of the two analysis methods, we can intuitively understand the different forms of gender discrimination in the labor market faced by women at different stages.
