In this study, using the characteristics of the piezo inkjet head used for inkjet printing, the nozzle state is defined through self-sensing, a defect detection method using electrical signals, and the defined nozzle state data is reflected in the printing data in real time. Print. A study was conducted on the integration of the intelligent inkjet printing system through the evaluation and reflection of the active system status. First, we develop a drop watcher and drop inspection through machine vision and precise hardware alignment to measure the state, speed, and volume of the discharged drop in real time, and calculate the drop tracking, head assembly precision and dispensing error after dispensing to determine dispensing suitability. The system has been developed. Second, by using the characteristics of the piezo, the sensing signal generated by the influence of the pressure wave can be detected, and the current state of the nozzle can be detected through the difference between the noise level and the sensing level through the definition of the noise level and the sensing level. A self-sensing algorithm was implemented. Third, the printing simulation was researched and developed to check the optimum printing conditions through the simulation before printing, including the state data of the nozzle detected through the vision system and self-sensing, and integrated printing system including defect data compensation was developed. Even when using 1024-channel nozzles, the time until print data is generated can be resolved in less than a second using self-sensing. Through this study, it was possible to develop an intelligent inkjet printing system that can detect the nozzle status in real time even with a small nozzle of less than 6pl and correct the printing data using the nozzle status data. Through additional research in the future, it is expected that it will greatly contribute to the detection of defects according to the state of the nozzle and improvement of production yield.
