First, the story of a working mother's child-rearing conflict experience, which corresponds to a 'narrative sketch', was composed as follows. Jeong-ee′s story of child-rearing conflicts is composed as follows: ‘Transforming into a mother is too difficult’; ‘The patriarchal, authoritative and chaotic family members’; ‘The first child that was entrusted to her mother, the second child that her mother-in-law took’; ‘Children who listen well, mother who scolds’; ‘The second child cannot adjust to school’, ‘Economically prosperous but lacking emotional support’; ‘Boundaries among family members are unclear’; ‘Deep and isolated borderline with difficulty in expressing attachment , each standing alone’. The story of Daon's child-rearing conflict experiences is as follows: ‘Daughter became a mother’; ‘Roaming around all night carrying the first child with fever’; ‘Children outside the frame, the second child playing silently’; ‘The second child with weak cognitive ability, first child being smart’; ‘Doubly bounded child who does not communicate’; ‘The first high school student who ran away from me after I thought I was a good child’; ‘The second who stubbornly went on her own path after cutting everything.’ Pureum’s child-rearing conflict is as follows: ‘The role of a mother awarded with pain and joy’; ‘I do my best’; ‘Anything as my mother wants, third child, everything is good if my mother likes it’; ‘First elementary school student who rides an empty bus and goes round’; ‘Close-up father-in-law and strict mother-in-law’; ‘Unhappy elementary school student of first child, running to the school luncheon from work’; ‘Second child who are obedient to a powerful mother, first child who is in middle school student who listens only to music’; ‘Even when you become an adult, you are the first to be attached to’. The meaning of their experiences in child rearing as a working mother are shown as follows: ‘The difficult life of a mother who has to do both work and family well’; ‘I will take care of you until the end’; ‘Mothers who are pressed for time, mothers raising children with all effort’; ‘Mothers who are self-centered and one-sided’; and ‘Growing children, it is increasingly difficult to express love’. During the narrative exploration, the researcher was able to better understand the struggles and loneliness they experienced while living as working mothers. With this understanding, the research participants were able to have a time of growth to understand their own lives again through interviews for research. Through this study, the researcher was able to better understand the psychological conflicts of working mothers and the dysfunctional situation of the working mother's family. The results of this study can be fully utilized for psychological and family counseling for working mothers in the future, and then it should be possible to help working mothers express their opinions and facilitate emotional exchanges with their husbands and children. In addition, the researcher believes that the support and assistance for working mothers from local communities and government should be made and systematic education for parent and children be provided. Therefore, more systematized child rearing and various programs is to be developed and activated.
