This study attempted to analyze the relationship between middle-aged women's health promotion behavior and health lifelong education program needs. Specific research problems are as follows. First, what is the difference in health promotion behavior according to the background characteristics of middle-aged women? Second, what is the difference in the need for lifelong health education programs according to the background characteristics of middle-aged women? Third, what is the relationship between the needs of health lifelong education programs for health promotion activities recognized by middle-aged women?
Research methods to identify these research problems are as follows. First, frequency, ratio, mean, and standard deviation were calculated to examine demographic characteristics. Third, multiple regression analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship between middle-aged women's health promotion behavior and health lifelong education program needs.
