Internationally logistics industry is considered as one of the important symbols of a country's modernization and comprehensive national power, and is regarded as the "gas pedal" and "third source of profit" to promote economic growth. Logistics and supply chain management is rapidly becoming the most central issue in the global business sector, including China. International logistics is the extension and expansion of the logistics field in the region, with the development of international trade and multinational companies and more and more powerful, and its further development plays a huge role in supporting or constraining, especially the role of multinational companies of transnational logistics is more significant. According to the relevant statistics, multinational corporations currently control about 40% of the global gross domestic product, more than 50% of international trade and international investment of 90%. Based on theoretical knowledge and the latest data, this paper is divided into five parts. First. The first part is the introduction.
