As materials used in structures are diversified and the weight of structures is increased due to high-rise and large-scale, mechanical properties, durability, and economy of materials used in structures have emerged as important factors for efficient design and construction. As a result, tubular reinforcement that can increase strength by about twice and decrease cross-sectional area by about twice compared to release reinforcement used in existing structures was developed. The tubular reinforcement-applied structure was selected as a PC culvert, and the possibility of application of the structure was reviewed through two experiments of the first slab and the second culvert. As a result of the first slab bending experiment, it was measured that the maximum load of the experiment using tubular reinforcement increased compared to the experiment using release reinforcement. However, brittle destruction occurred during the bending test, and as a result of calculating the ductility index, the figure was half that of the member using release reinforcement. In the second PC culvert experiment, the experiment was conducted using a mixture of heterozygous and hollow rebars. TD19-CS19-4, TM19-CS19-4, and TM19-CS19-6 specimens, which are specimens using mixed reinforcing bars, increased by 18.21%, 9.14%, and 27.9%, respectively, compared to the specimen TD19-CD19-4 using only deformed reinforcing bars. It showed the load and showed similar behavior on the load-displacement curve, going through the stages of initial cracking, yielding and plasticity, as the reference specimen. However, in the case of the TM19-CS19-6 specimen in which the amount of reinforcement was increased by 50%, the strength was increased by 27.9% compared to the reference specimen. It was found that the internal strength increased when tubular rebars were placed in place of deformed rebars in the same arrangement, but increasing the number of rebars did not increase in proportion to the amount of reinforcing bars.
