This study proposes a Multi View system configured with an RGB-D camera and a manipulator in an eye-in-hand manner for the automation process. Since the camera is mounted on the end effector of the manipulator, image information may be acquired while changing the position of the camera. In order to control the manipulator using a camera, it is necessary to know the transformation relationship of each coordinate system. Among them, it is important to know the conversion relationship between camera and end effector, which can be calculated through Hand-Eye Calibration. In this study, it was calculated through Tsai's AX=XB solution and converted from the camera coordinate system to the robot coordinate system. An experiment was conducted using Aruco Maker to measure the conversion relationship obtained by Hand-Eye Calibration and the precision of the work plan using Multi View. The Aruco Marker was attached to the workbench, and the distance between the coordinates on the robot coordinate system of Aruco Marker obtained by direct teaching and the coordinates recognized by the camera were calculated and compared. In the experiment applying the Blow Fan bolting process using Multi View, it was suggested that the bolting process could be carried out in the method suggested in this research. The existing process method requires two large and small cameras to teach workers, and the method proposed in this study can be processed with one camera and recognize work positions at large and small viewing angles, respectively, enabling precise work position recognition. In addition, the process can be carried out even if the position of the object to be worked is changed within the viewing angle, so it is meaningful to improve the working environment. In a point cloud data matching accuracy experiment using a Multi View system, we saw the possibility of precise point cloud data matching with the camera mounted on the manipulator end effector. Point cloud data are collected by moving the camera-equipped end effector to various viewing angles, and the possibility of restoring the three-dimensional shape information of the Multi-View system is confirmed by converting it into a robot coordinate system using a conversion relationship calculated by Hand-Eye Calibration.
