제안 방법
개에서 인위적으로 포도를 먹여 신부전을 유발하여 육안적인 소견, vital sign과 혈액생화학분석, 배설성 요로조영술, E.R.D-screen urine test을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
실험견의 방광을 천자하여 뇨를 채취하였고, 굴절계를 사용하여 뇨샘플의 비중을 측정하였다. 뇨중 albumin의 출현 여부를 E.R.D-screen (Heska, USA)을 이용해 평가하였다.
모든 혈액 sample은 한국동물임상연구소(Korea Veterinary Laboratory, Seoul)에 의뢰하여 분석을 하였다.

(3) 체중 kg당 40 g을 4일 동안 1일 2회 먹인 실험 2군에서 뇨 분석결과는 뚜렷한 단백뇨와 당뇨를 확인할 수 있었으며, 뇨비중 또한 1.016으로 현저한 저하를 보였다.
(4) 체중 kg당 40 g을 1일 2회 먹인 실험 2군에서 E.R.D-screen urine test의 결과 high positive을 보였다.

포도와 건포도를 15 g/kg, 1일 2회 급여한 실험견 B에서는 정상견에서 보여지는 혈관 신장조영상, 세뇨관 신장조영상, 신장조영상 및 신우조영상(조영제 주입 5분 후), 신장 및 신우조영상(조영제 주입 20-40분 후)이 나타났다(Fig. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10), 그러나 포도와 건포도를 40 g/kg, 1일 2회 급여한 실험견 E에서는 조영제 투여 후 즉시 5분, 20분, 40분에 정상견에서 보여지는 혈관 신장조영상, 세뇨관 신장조영상, 신장조영상 및 신우조영상(조영제 주입 5분 후), 신장 및 신우조영상(조영제 주입 20-40분 후)이 나타나지 않았다(Fig. 3, 5, 7, 9, 11).
포도와 건포도를 40 g/kg 4일간 급여한 실험견 D와 E에서의 E.R.D-screen 뇨 분석 결과 각각 low positive와 high positive 결과를 나타내었다.
포도와 건포도를 40 g/kg 4일간 투여받은 실험견 D의 뇨분석 결과 실험전과 실험 후의 변화는 없었으나, 실험견 E에서는 실험 전에 보이지 않았던 protein과 glucose가 뇨중에서 검출되었고 뇨비중이 크게 감소하였다(Table 7).
후속연구
따라서 E.R.D-screen 뇨 분석에서의 양성인 환자는 microalbuminuria에 대한 추가적인 검사가 필요하다 하겠다 [21, 33].
이상과 같이 포도와 건포도의 과량섭취에 기인한 신부전증의 발현에 대해서는 포도의 어떤 성분이 신부전을 유발하는지에 대한 규명이 선행되어 조기진단과 새로운 치료방법의 개선이 있어야 할 것으로 판단된다.
