제안 방법
위협 반사와 동공빛반사를 포함한 기본적인 안반사검사를 실시했으며, 다른 안질환과 감별진단을 하기 위하여 틈새등(SL-14®, Kowa, Japan)을 이용한 결막, 각막, 전안방, 홍채 검사를 실시하였고, 실명된 환자는 동공이 산동되어 있는 경우가 많으므로 녹내장과 감별하기 위하여 안압계(Tonopen XL®, Mentor, Norwell, MA, U.S.A.)를 이용한 안압검사를 실시하였다. Tropicamide (Mydricyl®, Alcon, U.
