[국내논문] 포스트모던 시대에 적합한 지역 개념의 모색: 동일성(identity) 개념을 중심으로

지역 개념은 지리학의 역사와 함께 매우 다양하게 발달하여 왔다. 모든 지역 개념은 당면한 시대적 상황을 반영하며 시대적 상황은 끊임없이 변화를 거듭해 왔기 때문이다. 자본주의의 발달과 지구화로 대변되는 오늘날도 상황에 적합한 새로운 지역 개념을 요구하고 있다. 역동적이며 경계가 불분명하고 사회적 관계, 제도적 체계, 이데올로기, 상징 등과 같이 다양한 특성들이 주관성에 기초하여 인식되고 있는 것이 오늘날의 지역이다. 따라서 지역의 형성에 관여하는 다양한 주체들에 의해 표출되고 있는 상이한 견해들을 통합하여 주민들로부터 자발적 동의를 얻어내는 것은 중요한 과제이다. 지역은 객관적, 고정적 실체이기보다는 이와 관련된 다양한 주체들에 의해 '구성' 되는 것이기 때문이다. 지역의 구성은 지역과 관련된 주체들이 다양한 지역의 특성을 자신의 것으로 통합하는 과정, 즉 지역 동일성을 형성하는 과정을 필요로 한다. 지역 동일성은 포스트모던 시대 지역의 주요 속성, 즉 다양성, 주관성, 역동성, 가변성을 탐구하고 설명하기에 적절한 개념이다. 지역 동일성의 구축은 영역적 경계, 상징, 제도 등을 만들어 내는 과정, 즉 제도화(institutionalization) 과정을 필요로 한다. 지역 동일성은 외부세계와의 끊임없는 상호작용을 통하여 지속적으로 재구성되는 관념이며 주민을 비롯하여 행정기관, 학술단체, 언론, 교육제도 등과 같은 다양한 제도적 요소들이 관여하고 있다. 이러한 제도적 요소들의 참여를 전제 조건으로 하는 제도화 개념은 지역 동일성의 구성 과정을 분석하는 하나의 유효한 수단으로 의미가 있다.하게 나타나면서 아울러 인문적인 풍수 경관요소도 다수가 나타나는 경우로, 이들 지방도시의 공통적인 속성은 지역의 중심지에 설치된 지방행정도 시로서의 성격을 가지고 있었다.가뿐만 아니라 질적인 변화, 즉 태도의 변화에도 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.있는 가능성이 높은 것으로 해석된다. 지반운동의 공간적인 차별성은 GPS 자료를 통한 지각의 이동방향에 의해서도 간접적으로 증명될 수 있었다. 이러한 해석은 기존에 알려져 왔던 한반도의 지진발생 메카니즘과는 차이를 보이는 것으로, 한반도의 지형발달과 지진예측에 새로운 시각을 제시할 것으로 기대된다.\pm}41000\;Bq/g,\;670\;Bq/g{\pm}460\;Bq/g$이었으며 22개 저방사능폐수지에서는 각각 $4.2\;Bq/g{\pm}4.3\;Bq/g,\;6.0\;Bq/g{\pm}5.3\;Bq/g$이 검출되었다. 고방사능 폐수지의 평균 $^{14}C/^3H$비는 28로 저방사능 폐수지의 0.70에 비해 높게 나타났으며, $^{14}C$ 및 $^3H$의 농도는 서로 비례하는 경향을 보였다.보완대책이 필요하다는 사실을 이 성적을 통하여 비로소 확인할 수 있었다.가정교과교육학 문항내용의 포괄성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 가정과교육과정 문항내용은 제7차 교육과정 문서상에 표면적으로 제시된 내용에 한정되어 있어 구체적인 개선방안으로 교육과정의 철학적 이론적 배경, 다양한 교육과정 원리를 활용하는 문항내용 등과 같이 좀 더 이론적이고 원론적인 내용으로의 확대를 제안하였다.
