한반도 강수관련 자료의 장기 변동 특성을 파악하고 분석한 본 연구의 월별 추세분석 결과는? | 월별 추세분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1975~2004년 자료에 대하여 1, 5, 6, 7, 9월 강수량과 월 최대강수량은 증가추세를 보이고 3, 4, 10, 11, 12월에는 감소추세를 보인다. 또한 6, 7, 8, 9월의 일강수량 20 mm와 30 mm 이상인 강수일수는 증가추세를 보였다. 이는 초봄과 겨울철의 강수량 감소로 인해서 수자원 관리에 유의해야함과 특히 여름철 강수량 증가추세는 이수측면에서 유리하다기보다 치수적인 측면에서 주의를 기울여야함을 나타낸다. 그럼에도 불구하고 전절에서 분석한 바와 같이 각 자료에 대한 유의한 월별 선형추세를 보이는 관측 지점의 비율은 매우 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 강수관련 자료들이 월별로 증가 또는 감소의 장기추세를 보임에도 불구하고 통계적으로 유의한 장기추세를 보이는 확률은 매우 적으며 이는 선형 증감에 따른 장기 변동보다 자료들이 가지고 있는 분산형태의 불확실이 매우 우세함을 의미하고 이러한 특성들은 수자원의 장기 계획 등에 있어서 반영되어야 할 것이다. |
