본 연구에서 비열처리형 알루미늄 합금인 A5052-H112소재를 이용하여 겹치기 마찰교반 접합 조직을 관찰한 결과는 어떠한가? | 1) 비드 폭과 간격은 열량과 관계가 있었는데, 접합 속도가 낮을수록 회전속도가 클수록 열량이 크므로 비드 간격은 작았고, 비드 폭은 컸다. 또한 비드 폭은 이론치와 실험치가 거의 일치하였다. 2) 겹치기 마찰교반 접합에서의 조직은 팬케익 모양의 모재부, 일부 재결정 조직과 모재 조직이 혼재되어 있는 열영향부, 부분적인 동적 재결정 조직 및 일정한 방향으로 연신된 열기계적 영향부와 매우 미세한 등축정 재결정 조직인 교반부가 관찰되었다. 3) EBSD 분석한 결과, 회전속도가 증가함에 따라 접합속도가 감소함에 따라 결정립이 조대화 됨을 알 수있었다. 이로써 열량과 결정립 크기의 관계는 거의 비례적으로 증가되었고, 열기계적 영향부에서 소경계 입계가 많아 아직 동적 재결정이 일어나지 않은 상태임을 알 수 있었다. 4) 경도값은 모재, 교반부, 열기계적 영향부, 열영향부 순으로 높았으며, 상판의 열영향부, 열 기계적 영향부 영역이 하판보다 더 넓었고, 교반부에서 앞부분보다 뒷부분의 경도값이 더 높았다. 5) 경도값은 열량이 증가함에 따라 감소하였는데, 이는 열량이 증대함에 따라 결정립 크기가 커짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 경도값과 결정립크기와의 관계는 Hall-Petch식의 적용이 가능하였다. |
