구기자 분획물의 혈당저하, 지질대사, 항산화 작용 및 당대사 분석 실험을 한 결과는? | 1. STZ 투여로 증가된 혈당치가 CHCl3 분획물 투여에 의해 유의적인 감소(p<0.05)를 나타내었다. 2. STZ 투여로 증가된 TG, Total cholesterol 수치는 TG에서 CHCl3 과 EtOAc 분획물을 투여한 군에서 유의적인 감소(p<0.05)를, Total cholesterol은 EtOAc 분획물을 제외한 나머지군에서 감소를 나타내었 으나 유의성은 없었다. STZ 투여로 감소된 GST는 butanol 분획물 투여에 의해 유의적인 증가 (p<0.05)를 나타내었으며, Catalase와 GSH-Px는 EtOAc, BuOH과 H2O, 분획물을 투여한 군에서 각 각 유의적인 감소(p<0.05)를 나타내었 다. 5. STZ 투여로 감소된 Glycogen, Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, Glucokinase등의 활성은 CHCl3 분획물 투여에 의해 유의적인 증가 (p<0.05)를 나타내었으나, Glucose-6-phosphatase는 CHCl3 , BuOH 분획물을 투여한 군에서 유의적인 감소(p<0.05)를 나타내었다. 이와 같이, 구기자 EtOH추출물을 CH3(CH2)4CH3, CHCl3, EtOAc, BuOH 과 H2O로 계통분획하여 그 분획물을 STZ 당뇨 유발쥐에게 투여 후 혈당 저하, 지질 대사의 개선 효과, 항산화 작용 및 당 대사 활성을 검토한 결과 지질대사와 항산화대사와 관련된 물질은 BuOH 분획물에서, 당대사와 관련된 물질은 CHCl3 분획물에 유효 성분이 함유된 것으로 사료되며, 앞으로 이들 분획물에 대한 세부 분획과 효능검사를 위한 연구를 계획하고자 한다. |
