PVDF 필름 센서를 이용하며 호흡을 측정하기 위하여, (그림 7)과 같은 회로를 구성하였다. 맥박과 호흡을 측정하기 위해서, 보통 Voltage mode와 Current mode를 사용하는데, 본 연구에서는 voltage mode를 사용하였다. 보통 저항 R은 100MΩ이상이 사용되는 것이 보통이기 때문에, 높은 입력 임피던스를 가지는 OP-AMP를 이용하여 버퍼회로를 구성하여야 한다.
본 연구에서는 PEDOT를 코팅한 PVDF 나노웹을 디지털 의류내의 3군데에 부착하여 ECG 신호를 측정하며, 측정된 센서의 신호는 헬스케어 의류의 내부에 있는 디지털 실에 의하여 스테이션에 전달된다. 노드로부터 스테이션까지의 디지털실의 길이는 최대 약 1m 정도이다.

대상 데이터
ECG 신호의 구동회로부의 첫 번째 단은 Analog Device 사의 Instrumentation Amplifier인 AD620을 사용하였다. AD620은 전력소모가 적고 입력전압에 대한 노이즈가 작아 생체신호를 측정하기에 적합하다.
필터와 증폭기를 통과한 신호는 마이크로 프로세서를 통해 아날로그 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환시킨다. 본 논문에 사용된 마이크로 프로세서는 마이크로칩사의 PIC18F452이며 A/D 변환은 프로세서에 내장된 10비트 컨버터를 이용하였다. 변환된 디지털 신호는 블루투스 모듈을 통해 외부 컴퓨터로 전송이 가능하다.
본 연구에서 사용된 디지털 실은 한국생산기술연구원의 스마트 섬유팀이 개발에 성공하였으며, 구리를 주성분으로 하는 직경 10~16μm의 금속 마이크로와이어이다.
