뇌졸중으로 인한 질병은 어떤 장애를 초래하는가? | 뇌졸중은 출혈 및 허혈 등으로 인해 발생되는 장애로서, 특히 허혈로 인한 뇌졸중은 출혈로 인한 장애에 비해 매우 빈번히 발생되며 그 발병률은 나이가 들어감에 따라 증가하고 있다(Luft와 Weller, 2009). 뇌졸중으로 인한 질병은 운동 프로그램을 위한 다양한 감각적 되먹임을 소실시키고(Ghika 등, 1998), 언어장애와 함께 수의적인 움직임의 시작과 유지 및 끝맺음이 원활하게 이루어 지지 못하게 할 뿐만 아니라(Paolucci 등, 2000; Seo 등, 2009) 독립 적인 생활을 가능하게 하는 보행에 장애를 초래하기도 한다(Petrilli 등, 2002). 성인 편마비 환자는 보행을 하는 동안 비마비측에 비해 마비측 하지에서의 체중지지 감소로 마비측 대퇴골 머리 부위의 골밀도가 감소되는 불균형이 초래되고 있으며(Jorgensen 등, 2000), 정상인에 비하여 마비측 발의 중족골과 발가락에서의 최고 압력 및 보행속도가 감소될 뿐만 아니라 마비측을 포함한 비마비측에서도 정상인의 보행에 비해 족저압의 분포가 차이를 보이고 있다(윤향운 등, 2009; Chen 등, 2007; Patterson 등, 2008). |
