  • 본 연구에서는 구강내의 buccal fat pad와 같이 국소마취하에 용이하게 채취해서 사용이 가능한 지방조직 유래 줄기세포의 골모세포로의 분화가능성을 확인하고 지방조직 유래 줄기세포와 장골에서 추출한 골수 줄기세포를 osteogenic medium에서 배양하여 scaffold에 loading시키고 nude mouse의 subcutaneous pocket에 이식한 후골 형성 정도를 조직학적으로 비교 분석하여 골 조직공학에서 지방조직 유래 줄기세포가 골수 줄기세포의 대체 채취원으로서의 유용성을 확인하고자 하였다.
