RF magnetron sputtering 공정 조건에는 어떤 것이 있는가? | 편광판을 구성하는 PVA, TAC 필름은 높은 온도에서 변형이 일어나기 때문에 고온 안정성이 약한 편광 판에 ITO를 증착하기 위하여 저온에서 RF magnetron sputtering 공정 조건을 확보하여 증착하여야 한다. RF magnetron sputtering 을 이용하여 무기막을 증착하는 조건에는 아르곤, 산소 가스 농도 및 비율, RF power 세기, chamber 온도, stage의 회전속 도, 초기진공 압력, 작업진공 압력 등이 있는데, 액정 디스플 레이의 기판으로 사용되기 위해서는 저온에서 편광판에 증착된 ITO 층이 높은 투과율과 낮은 비저항을 가져야 한다. 본 논문에서는 산소와 아르곤의 농도 비를 변화시켜 가며 ITO를 증착한 편광판의 투과율과 비저항을 비교하여 보았 다. |
