충생자낭균류의 5종이 우리나라의 균류상에 보고되어진다. 그들은 Acupalpus hilaris 숙주곤충에서 Laboulbenia acupalpi, Anoplogenius cyanescens 숙주곤충에서 L. pseudomasei, Scaphidium femorale 숙주곤충에서 Rickia peyerimhoffii, Sternolophus rufipes 숙주곤충에서 Zodiomyces odae, Berosus fairmairei 숙주곤충에서 Z. vorticellarius가 채집되었다. 이들 종들 중에서 L. pseudomasei와 Z. odae는 우리나라에서 처음으로 기록된 종들이고, L. acupalpi와 Z. vorticellarius는 과거에 보고된 숙주곤충과 다른 종들에서 채집되었다.
