본 연구에서 고압 호모게나이저를 사용해 MCC를 기계적 방법으로 마이크로피브릴화하여 얻은 CNF는 어떤 실험결과를 보이는가? | 본 연구에서는 고압 호모게나이저를 사용하여 MCC를 기계적인 방법으로 마이크로피브릴화 하여 얻어진 CNF의 직경, 비표면적 및 결정화지수를 분석하였다. 호모게나이징 노즐 크기가 작아지고 공정횟수가 증가할수록 마이크로 피브릴화된 CNF의 직경은 감소하였고, 이에 따라 비표면적은 증가하였다. 또한, 물리적인 힘에 의한 마이크로피브릴화로 MCC의 결정영역이 파괴되어 결정화지수는 낮아졌다. 호모게나이징 공정을 통해 제조된 CNF의 넓은 비표면적은 나노섬유 복합재료를 제조함에 있어 CNF를 보강재로 사용할 때 매트릭스와 접촉면이 넓어지고 응력전달에 도움을 주기 때문에 장점으로 작용할 수 있다. |
