2단 연속단계 PU foam은 어떻게 제조되는가? | 18,19 실험실 규모에서는 2단 연속단계에 의한 대표적인 공정으로 PU foam을 제조하고 있다. 즉 첫 번째 단계에서 단량체(polyol), 계면활성제, 발포제 등이 premix에서 함께 섞인다. premix 단독으로는 어떠한 화학반응도 일어나지 않으므로 장기간 저장될 수 있다. 두 번째 단계에서 가교제(diiso- cyanate)와 촉매가 premix에 가해지며 그때에 중합반응이 일어나고 동시에 발포가 시작된다. 실제 산업현장에 있어서 모든 성분은 대개 한 단계로 함께 섞이므로 중합과 foam팽창이 즉각 시작된다. |
