뇌졸중 후 중추성 통증의 양상은? | 통증의 양상은 주로 자발통으로 나타나며 통증의 강도는 자주 변하는데 스트레스나 추위 등 내·외부 자극에 의해 증가될 수 있고 또 안정이나 기분전환에 따라 감소될 수 있다2,3). 이러한 통증은 강도가 심하여 통증으로 인해 수면을 방해하거나 운동 기능을 저해하여 뇌졸중 후유증으로부터의 회복과 삶의 질에 영향을 미치므로 적극적인 대처가 필요하다4). |
