한의학 약침에서의 아토피 피부염 치료 연구는 무엇이 이용되었는가? 한의학에서는 아토피 피부염을 奶癬, 嬰兒濕疹, 浸淫瘡, 胎斂瘡, 血風瘡 등의 범주에서 찾아볼 수 있다3). 기존의 아토피 치료의 약침에 대한 연구로는 웅담약침3), 봉독약침4), 소염약침과 생지황약침5) 이 이용되었는데 모두 일정한 효과가 있었다고 하였다. 이에 저자는 김5)의 연구에서 소염 약침과 생지황 약침의 肺兪(BL13)穴 주입이 아토피 피부염 치료에 육안적, 조직학적, 면역학적으로 유효한 결과를 얻은 점에 착안하여, 소염약침(금은화, 연교, 생지황, 포공영, 황련, 황금, 황백, 치자)의 일부인 금은화, 연교와 황련해독탕을 이용하여 조제한 약침으로 본 실험을 실시하 였다.
