견관절의 특징은? 견관절은 인체에서 운동범위가 가장 큰 관절이며 근육과 인대로 지지하고 있어 쉽게 손상될 수 있는 부위로1) , 肩臂痛은 견관절을 구성하는 주위 조직에 나타나는 肩痛과 상지 臂膊部에 연관되어 나타나는 臂痛을 통칭한 증상명이다2,3).

견비통 치료 중 약침치료의 특징은? 견비통 치료 시 한약, 침구치료, 약침치료, 부항요법 등을 응용할 수 있는데, 한약치료 시 風ㆍ寒ㆍ濕의 사기에 따라 烏藥順氣散, 五積散, 蠲痺湯을 쓰고 담음에는 二陳湯을 쓰는 것과 같이 병인에 따라 처방을 하고7,31), 침구치료 시 에는 혈자리의 주치, 혈성을 응용한 취혈법뿐만 아니라 견 비부를 유주하는 경락에 따른 취혈법을 많이 사용한다7,21). 약침치료 시에도 마찬가지로 적합한 혈자리를 선택하여 소 염진통작용, 혈액순환 촉진작용이 있는 봉약침을 쓸 수 있고 活血化瘀, 通絡止痛하는 홍화약침, 祛風濕하는 생강약침 등과 같이 병인에 따른 약침처방이 가능하다37,38). 부항요 법은 대개 압통점(아시혈)에 응용하여 통증부위를 舒筋活 絡하고 그 외에도 피내침, 전침을 통증부위에 응용하기도 한다7).
