본 연구는 여성의 인구학적 특성, 성경험, 선호하는 음경 유형, 성기능 장애 유무에 따른 성기능 및 성 선호도에 차이를 비교하고자 하였다. 72명의 성인 여성이 본 설문에 응답하였다. 응답한 자료 분석을 통해 불완전한 응답 및 성경험이 없었던 사람을 제외한 54건이 분석되었다. 수집한 모든 자료는 SPSS 22를 이용하여 독립 t 검정 및 카이제곱 검정을 통하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기혼은 미혼보다 성교빈도와 성기능에서 유의하게 더 높았다(p<.05). 경제수준이 높은 자 또는 보통인 자는 낮은 자보다 주관적 성경험, 성기능에서 유의하게 더 높았다(p<.05). 주관적 성경험이 높은 자는 낮은 자보다 성교 빈도에서 더 높았으며, 음경의 길이 및 특성을 중요하게 생각하였다(p<.05). 귀두를 더 선호하는 자는 음경과 귀두의 굵기가 비슷한 유형을 선호하는 자보다 주관적 성경험이 더 많았으며, 음경의 굵기와 크기를 중요하게 생각하였다(p<.05). 성기능 장애가 있는 자는 없는 자보다 성교 빈도에서 더 낮았으며, 음경의 길이를 중요하게 생각하지 않았다(p<.05). 본 연구의 결과는 다양한 원인에 의하여 성기능 및 성 선호도가 차이가 있을 수 있음을 의미하며, 여성의 성기능 재활을 위한 심리상담 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 쓰일 수 있을 것이다.

This study aimed to compare the differences in sexual function and sexual preference according to demographic characteristics of women, sexual experience, preference penile type, and sexual dysfunction. 72 adult women responded to the survey. 54 respondents were analyzed except respondents who did have incomplete response and no sexual experience. All collected data were analyzed using independent t-test and chi-square test using SPSS 22. In results, Married was significantly higher in intercourse frequency and sexual function than unmarried(p<.05). In economic status, high or middle was significantly higher in the subjective sexual experience and sexual function than the low(p<.05). In subjective sexual experience, high was higher in intercourse frequency than the low, and penile length and type were important(p penis was significantly higher in subjective sexual experience than preference of glans $${\frac{._-}{.}}$$ penis, and importance of penile girth and size(p<.05). In sexual function, normal function was lower in intercourse frequency than dysfunction, and penile length was not considered significant(p<.05). The results of this study suggest that there may be differences in sexual function and sexual preference according to various causes and can be used as basic data for the development of psychological counseling program for sexual function rehabilitation of women.
