윤활유의 장점은? | 이러한 다양한 트라 이볼로지적 기법 중에서도 상업적으로 가장 널리 활용 되고 있는 것은 윤활유의 적용이다. 윤활유는 표면의 직접적인 접촉을 방지함으로써 마찰 및 마모를 획기적 으로 저감시킬 수 있으며 장시간 사용으로 인하여 윤활유에 열화가 일어나더라도 쉽게 교체할 수 있으므로 기계요소의 트라이볼로지적 성능을 일정하게 유지할수 있다는 장점 또한 지니고 있다[7]. 오늘날에는 윤활 유의 성능을 향상시켜 마찰 및 마모를 더욱 효과적으로 저감시키고, 교체주기를 연장시킴으로써 경제성과 기계요소의 신뢰성을 동시에 제고하고자 하는 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 대표적으로는 첨가제를 윤활 유에 적용하는 방법을 들 수 있다. |
