과훈련 증후군이란? | 이러한 상태를 과훈련 증후군(OTS)라고 부른다. 과훈련 증후군은 높은 강도의 운동을 무리하게 하면서 회복을 적절하게 못할 경우, 피로상태가 만성적 피로상태로 빠지게 되며, 이후 휴식을 취하더라도 경기력 향상이 되지 않는 상태를 말한다[2]. 이처럼 과훈련 증후군은 아무리 훈련강도가 낮아도 휴식과 영양이 충분히 공급되지 않거나 체력이 약하면 발생될수 있다. | |
과훈련 증후군의 일반적 신호와 증상은? | 과훈련 증후군의 신호와 증상은 선수들의 경기력이 감소한 후에 대부분 확인되는 경우가 많고, 선수들마다 주관적으로 나타날 가능성이 높다. 일반적으로 과훈련 증후군의 신호와 증상은 피로감, 동기 약화, 트레이닝 및 경쟁 욕구의 상실 등으로 나타나고, 근육 통증, 혈압 상승, 안정 시 심박수 증가, 알러지 반응, 식욕감퇴, 및 체중 감소 등의 증상으로 나타난다[8]. 또한 과훈련 증후군에 있는 선수들은 심리적으로 숙면을 취하지 못하고 밤에 자주 깨어나는 불면증 증상을 보이고, 심리적 위축감과 신경과민 증세를 보이기도 한다[10,11]. |
