자외선으로 인한 광노화는 어떻게 발생하게 되는가? | 자외선은 피부 내에서 콜라겐 분해효소인 matrix metallo proteinases (MMPs)의 발현을 증가시켜 콜라겐의 분해를 유도하고 피부 수분을 유지시키는 히알루론산생합성을 억제 한다 [4]. 지속적으로 자외선에 노출된 피부는 이러한 피부 결합조직들의 생리학적 변화들을 통해 진피층의 탄력이 감소되어 결국 깊은 주름을 생성하게 된다 [5-6]. 따라서 광노화로 인한 피부 손상과 주름을 예방하고 개선하기 위해 MMPs의 합성을 억제하면서 콜라겐과 히알루론산 생합성을 유도하는 소재들이 개발되고 있다. |
