Rhodes가 제안한 고전적인 창의성의 개념은? | Guilford(1950)가 미국 심리 학회에서 창의성에 대한 기조연 설을 한 이후 창의성에 대하여 100여 개 이상의 정의가 등장 하였고, Rhodes(1961)가 이 중에서 창의성 연구에 적합한 정의 들을 수집해 보니 56개였다고 한다(as cited in Choe, 1998). 그리고 서로 중복되는 것들을 비교, 분석하여 4가지로 구분한 창의성 측면이 고전적인 ‘4P’이다. 4P란 창의물들이 나올 수있는 창의적인 환경이나 장소(Place), 창의적인 과정(Process), 창의적인 사람(Person), 창의적인 산출물(Product)을 말한다. 이후 많은 연구자들이 창의성에 대한 다양한 의견을 제시하고 있으나, 이 4P의 범주에서 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났고 4P 의 중요성에는 대부분 이견이 없음을 보여주었다. |
