This study aims at seeking efficient method of manufacturing process removing unnecessary motion elements through use of motion analysis solution. The previous method has a characteristic to measure efficiently worker’s time consisting of repeated tasks in the field, in general.

It is to activate the motion and time study after converting video clips to PC readable format such as MP4, MOV, ASF, WMV, MPEG, AVI, and MKV.
