우울과 불안의 연구가 계속 되는 이유는? | 우울과 불안은 가장 흔한 정신장애로 단독으로 진단 되기도 하지만 다른 진단에 부속되어 나타나는 경우가 많다[1]. 또 진단 기준에도 공통되는 속성이 존재하며 이론적인 측면이나 실제 임상에서 관찰되는 증상에서 상호 간 유사한 점이 많기 때문에 둘의 변별이 쉽지 않아 이에 대한 연구가 계속되어 왔다[2-5]. 다수의 연구 결과에 따르면 우울장애와 불안장애의 공존률은 10%~50%까지 추정되며[6-9] 이 두 질환의 치료 또한 매우 유사하다는 점에서[10] 우울장애와 불안장애가 유사한 원인을 가진 것으로 추정하는 의견도 있다[11,12]. |
