내장 통증의 원인은? 내장 통증은 한의학에서 주로 복통, 위완통, 협통, 흉통, 결흉, 심(하)통 등 각종 부위의 통증으로 표현되며 그 기록은 ≪黃帝內經≫에서부터 찾아볼 수 있다. 병인으로는 음식을 비롯하여 한/열, 담음(痰飮), 어혈(瘀血), 칠정(七情)등이 있으며, 이를 실증과 허증으로 구분하거나, 또는 내상비위(內傷脾胃), 간기범위(肝氣犯胃), 심혈어조(心血瘀阻), 심신음허(心腎陰虛), 심양욕탈(心陽欲脫) 등 장부 변증으로 구분하여 치료한다. 침 치료를 위해서는 위와 같이 장부변증의 방법으로 해당 병변이 나타난 장부를 예측하여, 해당되는 경락의 주요 경혈을 치료하거나, 복부를 순행하는 경락인 수족삼음경, 족소양담경, 족양명위경, 임맥, 대맥 등의 경락이 치료의 목표가 되며, 특히 관흉이기(寬胸理氣), 건비화위(健脾和胃) 등의 효과를 갖고 있는 내관, 족삼리, 공손, 합곡, 태충, 중완 등의 경혈이 주로 사용된다2,3).
