파킨슨병의 임상증상은 어떤 것이 있는가? | 파킨슨병(Parkinson`s disease)의 대표적인 임상증상은 경직(rigidity), 안정시 진전(tremor of rest), 운동느림(brady-kinesia) 그리고 자세불안정(postural instability)과 같은 운동장애로 소개되고 있지만1-4 다양한 비운동장애 뿐만 아니라 병의 진행과 함께 환자의 약 1/3이상에서는 머리, 목, 몸통 그리고 다리 관절이 앞으로 굽은 자세변형(stooped or bent posture)이 나타난다.5-7 뿐만 아니라 약 2-12% 정도에서는 피사증후군(pisasyndrome), 몸통굽힘증(camptocormia, bent syndrome), 및 머리가 앞으로 숙여지는(antecollis) 등의 심한 변형까지도 나타난다.5-8 |
