SU-8의 장점을 이용하면 미세유 체를 활용한 유체렌즈 및 디스플레이 장치, 마이크로 유체모터, 엑츄에이터 등의 제작이 가능한 이유는? | 이를 이용하여 일반적인 EWOD 방법인 Parylene-C 절연층을 이용한 실험을 대체하는 방법으로 MEMS 공정에서 미세패턴의 제작과 구조물 제작으로 많이 사용되는 SU-8을 이용한 EWOD 실험이 가능함을 알 수 있었다. 또한, SU-8 을 절연층으로 이용한 EWOD 실험은 절연층 제작이 스핀코팅을 이용하기 때문에 쉽고 간단한 장점을 가진다. 이러한 SU-8의 장점을 이용하면 미세유 체를 활용한 유체렌즈 및 디스플레이 장치, 마이크로 유체모터, 엑츄에이터 등의 제작이 가능하며 Bio-MEMS 및 Microfluidics 분야와 결합하여 바이오 시약 분석 및 진단 시스템으로 적용이 가능할 것으로 예상된다. |
