Wallenberg 증후군은 ? Wallenberg 증후군은 후하소뇌 동맥 또는 추골동맥의 폐쇄 및 협착에 의해 발생하는 외측 연수 증후군으로 약 70%가 추골동맥의 폐쇄에 기인한다. 전형적인 임상양상은 병소와 같은 쪽 호너 증후군, 현기증, 오심, 구토 및 안진, 같은 쪽 안면 온⋅통각 장애, 반대쪽 반신 온⋅통각 장애, 같은 쪽소뇌성 보행실조 및 근육긴장저하, 같은 쪽으로 향하는 가쪽쏠림보행, 연하곤란, 쉰 목소리, 구음장애, 딸꾹질 등으로 나타난다1.
