도시재생사업을 통해 도시의 쇠퇴에 대응하고자 하는 움직임이 발생하고 있으며 특히 주민주도의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 이와 더불어 불확실한 미래에 대응하여 도시의 회복력을 높이고자 하는 레질리언스의 개념이 전 세계적으로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 레질리언스적 관점에서 도시재생사업을 진단하고자 한다. 연구의 대상지는 서울시의 일반근린형 도시재생사업 선정지역으로 설정하고, 최근 발생한 코로나 바이러스에 대응하여 회복력에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하였다. 분석결과 도시재생사업활성화 계획의 내용 중 주민주도를 이끌어 낼 수 있는 사회적 재생 내용이 회복력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 계획의 단계에서부터 주민들의 자생력을 제고할 수 있는 내용을 포함한다면 도시의 회복력을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
