본 논문에서는 대학생들이 정보화마인드가 충족되었을 때 학업성과가 향상되는지를 검토하여 대학의 정보화 교육에 합리적인 방안을 제안한다. 특히 체육계열과 일반계열 학생들 간의 비교를 통해 향후 대학에서의 정보화 교육 전략 마련에 실증적으로 도움을 주고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 전공 계열별로 일부 차이는 있었으나, 전반적으로 정보화마인드(정보화기술 필요성 인식, 정보화 개념 이해 및 활용, 정보화 리스크 인식)는 전공융합능력과 팀워크 및 자기주도학습능력, 학업성적을 향상시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 대학생들의 정보화마인드를 향상시키기 위해서는 정보화에 대한 필요성을 인식시키고 전공 특성에 맞는 교육과정과 프로그램을 도입하여 실행해야 함을 시사한다.

In this paper, we propose a reasonable plan for university information education by examining whether university students' academic performance improves when the information mind is satisfied. In particular, through comparison between physical education students and general students, it was intended to provide empirical help in preparing strategies for information education in universities in the future. As a result of the analysis, there were some differences by major category, but overall, the information mind improved major convergence ability, teamwork and self-directed learning ability, and academic performance. Therefore, in order to improve the Information mind of college students, it is suggested that the need for Information should be recognized and the curriculum and program suitable for the major characteristics should be introduced and implemented.

제안 방법

먼저 연구의 목적과 필요성을 구성하고, 이와 관련한 이론적 배경 및 가설 설정의 근거를 마련하여 제시한다. 연구방법을 제시하고 목적에 맞는 통계방법을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증한 후 논의를 수행한다. 마지막으로 결론을 토대로 연구의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

대상 데이터

본 연구의 대상은 경기도 및 충남의 D대학교에 재학 중인 학생이며, 체육 전공학생과 비 체육전공 학생을 2019년 10월 28일~11월 15일까지 편의표본추출방법으로 표집하였다. 수집된 자료 중 연구 활용에 부적합하다고 판단되는 51부를 제거한 후 449부를 최종 자료처리 하였다.

데이터처리

가설1(정보화마인드 → 전공융합능력)을 검증하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다<표 5>
대상자의 개인적특성은 빈도분석, 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 분석은 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach’s α분석, 요인 간의 관계 파악은 상관관계분석, 또한 인과관계는 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다.

성능/효과

그 결과, 정보화마인드의 정보기술 필요성 인식은 전공융합능력(r=.545), 팀워크 및 자기주도 학습능력(r=.471), 학업성적(r=.433)과 모두 p<.001수준에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다
정보화 개념 이해 및 활용은 전공융합능력(r=.456), 팀워크 및 자기주도학습능력(r=.305), 학업성적(r=.393)과 모두 p<.001수준에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다
정보화 리스크 인식은 전공융합능력(r=.283), 팀워크 및 자기주도학습능력(r=.385), 학업성적(r=.251)과 모두 p<.001수준에서 정(+)의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
탐색적요인분석으로 학업성과의 타당성을 검정한 결과 <표 3>, 전공융합능력, 팀워크 및 자기주도학습능력, 학업 성적의 3요인으로 분류되었다

후속연구

첫째, 대학생의 정보화마인드는 체육계열이든 비 체육계열이든 간에 학업성과에 관계하기 때문에 이들에게 정보에 대한 접근성과 능동적 활용의 실질적 시스템을 만들어주어야 한다. 둘째, 본 연구는 4차산업혁명시대에 대학생이 갖추어야 할 정보화마인드를 인식시켜줄 뿐만 아니라 체육계열 및 비 체육체육 계열의 각 전공 특성에 부합하는 맞춤형 정보화마인드 및 정보활용능력 함양을 위한 전략 및 프로그램 운영 그리고 교과목 설치에 실질적으로 도움을 줄 것이다. 최근에 디지털 관련 기관을 설치하고 관련 교과목 및 시스템을 마련하는 노력(정보 및 디지털 교과목, 스포츠와 IT, 인공지능, e-스포츠, 스포츠정보론 등)은 이러한 시대적 요구에 부합하는 노력이라 할 수 있겠다.
첫째, 설문이 경기 및 충남의 2개 대학에서 이루어져 본 결과를 일반화하는 데 일부 한계가 있을 수 있어 향후 연구에서는 표집의 틀을 더욱 확대하여 연구하였으면 한다. 둘째, 연구 대상의 집단을 체육계열과 비 체육계열로 구분하여 연구를 수행하였지만, 비 체육계열에 컴퓨터 및 정보 관련 전공자가 포함되어 있을 수 있어서 이들의 특성이 과도하게 반영될 경우 결과가 일부 왜곡될 수 있을 것이다. 향후 연구에서는 이를 보완하여야 할 것이다.
