This study was attempted to find out the effect of major satisfaction, maturation of career consciousness and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students on job-seeking stress. For this study, 157 3th, 4th grade students were participated from K University in K Province, using a self-reported questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.0. program. As a result of this study, it was revealed that there was a significant correlation between the job-seeking stress of nursing students on major satisfaction(r=-.270, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.283 p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(r=-.424, p<.001). Also, the factors affecting the job-seeking stress of nursing students were major satisfaction(β=-0.005, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction(β=-0.126, p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(β=-0.369, p<.001) with a total explanatory power of 17.7%. Therefore consideration of educational programt be given to the s and support systems to reduced job seeking stress for nursing students.

대상 데이터

본 연구는 K시에 소재한 K 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 3, 4학년을 대상으로 하였으며 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고, 참여에 동의한 자를 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 자료수집 기간은 2022년 10월 12일부터 11월 19일까지 K대학교 간호학과 3, 4학년 간호 학생 157명을 대상으로 하였다.

본 연구는 취업스트레스를 줄이는 요소를 확인하고 그 방안을 제시하여 간호대학생의 취업스트레스를 줄이기 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구결과 독립변수인 취업스트레스는 전공만족도와 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙과 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었다. 독립변수인 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙 간은 정적 상관관계를, 종속변수인 취업스트레스는 독립변수와 부적 상관관계를 나타내었다.

취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스는 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙에 의하여 17.7% 설명력을 나타냈다. 회귀분석결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙임을 확인하였다.
회귀모형을 분석한 결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스는 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙에 의하여 17.7%로 설명되었으며(F=12.214, p<.001) 회귀분석결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전공만족도(β=-0.005, p<.05), 임상실습만족도(β=-0.126, p<.001), 그리고 진로의식성숙(β=-0.369, p<.001)임을 확인하였다
7% 설명력을 나타냈다. 회귀분석결과 간호대학생의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 전공만족도, 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙임을 확인하였다. 간호대학생의 취업에 대한 스트레스를 감소시키기 위해 교육과정 만족도 및 수요도 조사를 실시하여 학생들의 의견을 수렴하여 학습 동기와 학업 성취도를 증진시키는 교육 전략 개발 모색이 필요하다고 사료된다.

후속연구

첫 번째로 본 연구는 일 지역 K대학교에 재학 중인 간호대학생 3, 4학년을 대상으로 하였으므로 간호대학생으로 일반화하기에는 무리가 있다. 그러므로 지역별 간호대학생으로 확대하여 반복연구를 할 필요가 있다.
두 번째로 전공만족도와 임상실습만족도, 진로의식성숙과 취업스트레스를 측정할 수 있는 연구도구의 지속적인 수정 및 보완 과정을 통해 신뢰도와 타당도가 높은 측정도구를 사용한 반복연구를 할 필요가 있다.
세 번째로 취업스트레스를 감소시키기 위해 학습 동기와 학업 성취도를 증진시키는 교육 전략과 진로의식성숙함양과 직업에 대한 긍정적인 의사결정과 진로계획을 세우기 위한 간호대학생의 학년별 수준에 맞는 취업역량 프로그램을 개발하고 적용한 후 이에 대한 효과검증 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.
이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 신체적, 정신적으로 문제를 일으킬 수 있는 취업스트레스를 감소시킬 학과 차원의 노력이 필요할 것으로 이며, 특히 3학년(132명) 응답자가 4학년(25명)보다 월등히 높지만 4학년의 취업스트레스가 높은 것으로 보아(50.04%), 4학년이 되었을 때의 취업스트레스를 줄여 신체적, 정신적 안녕을 꾀할 수 있도록 입학 직후부터 다양한 진로 프로그램 및 상담 등 체계적인 중재 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다고 여겨진다.
전공 선택 동기에 따라 임상실습만족도가 증가하므로 간호학과 선택에 대한 동기를 부여하기 위해 취업률에 대한 홍보 및 지원 등의 프로그램이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.
