이론/모형

  • 코크란(Cochrane)의 비뚤림위험(Risk of bias, RoB) 평가법을 사용하여 무작위 배정 순서 생성(random sequence generation), 배정 순서 은폐(allocation concealment), 연구 대상자 및 연구자에 대한 눈가림(blinding of the participants and personnel), 결과 평가에 대한 눈가림(blinding of the outcome assessments), 불충분한 결과 자료(incomplete outcome data), 선택적 보고(selective reporting), 그 외 비뚤림(other sources of bias)의 총 7가지 영역에 대하여 비뚤림 위험 낮음(Low risk), 비뚤림 위험 높음(High risk), 비뚤림 위험 불확실함(Unclear risk)으로 평가하였다. 독립된 두 연구자(JYS, LHY) 사이의 평가가 불일치할 경우 제3자(YYJ)와의 충분한 논의를 거친 후 결론을 도출하였다.
