본 연구는 미혼여성의 결혼관, 자녀관, 성역할관, 일·가정양립 인식정도를 파악하고, 결혼관에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인하여, 결혼에 대한 긍정적 가치관을 심어주기 위한 방안을 마련하기 위해 시도되었다. 충북지역 미혼여성 508명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 2022년 5월부터 8월까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 미혼여성의 결혼관은 2.92점(5점), 자녀관은 3.32점(5점), 성역할관 1.70점(5점), 일·가정양립 인식 정도는 2.85점(5점)으로 나타났다. 미혼여성의 결혼관은 자녀관, 일·가정양립 인식과 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 미혼여성의 결혼관에 영향을 주는 요인은 자녀관과 성역할관이었다. 이들 변인이 결혼관을 설명하는데 48%의 영향력을 나타냈다. 이를 바탕으로 미혼여성들에게 결혼에 대한 긍정적 가치관을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
