중소병원 간호사의 환자안전문화 인식과 표준주의지침 수행도의 관계에서 비판적 사고성향의 매개효과

본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 환자안전문화 인식, 비판적 사고성향과 표준주의지침 수행도와의 관계를 확인하고자 수행하였다. 연구대상자는 S시, C시 소재 3개 중소병원의 간호사로 연구목적을 이해하고 함여 의사를 표시한 대상자는 158명이었다. 자료수집 기간은 2020년 1월 5일부터 2020년 3월 31일까지이었고, 수집된 자료의 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 상관관계, 회귀분석, Sobel test는 SPSS/WIN26.0 Program을 이용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호사의 표준주의 지침 수행도는 환자안전문화인식(r=.524, p<.001) 및 비판적 사고성향(r=.471, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 비판적 사고성향은 환자안전문화 인식과 표준주의지침 수행도의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 본 연구결과를 토대로 반복연구가 이루어지고 간호사의 표준주의지침 수행도를 증진시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램의 개발 및 적용에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
