본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생이 지각하는 실습교육환경과 실습 스트레스가 학과 적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 C지역의 간호대학에서 임상실습을 경험한 간호학생 154명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생이 지각하는 실습교육환경과 학과적응은 양의 상관관계가 있었고(r=.43, p=.001), 실습스트레스와 학과적응은 음의 상관관계(r=-.15, p=.012)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생들의 학과적응에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 실습 교육환경과 실습 스트레스로 확인되었다. 따라서 실습교육환경을 긍정적으로 개선하기 위해 현장 실습 적응에 도움을 줄 수 있는 관련 요인들을 지속적으로 훈련하고, 실습기관과 유기적 협력을 통해 실습교육환경을 개선하기 위한 방안 마련이 필요함을 제언한다.
