초록
Housing architecture, when viewed in architectural planning point of view, can be divided into space compostion, the former being related to the housing life and the latter being related to the structure and aesthetics. When we look at the housing architecture in terms of struture and construction according to its part, it can be divided into 12 parts as follows:foundation, floor, wall, foofing, air cooling and heating equipment, sanitary facilities, cleaning maintenance management, subsidiary facilities and construction technology. This study surveys and analyzes 32 new technology which has comparatively high added value at the compqarison with Korean Housing construction among the 11 construction parts' advanced technolgy information, and it presents the need for the 32 technology to be introduced.
