The purpose of this study was to develop a career guidance program for elementary school students. Program was developed according to four stage that developers established through integrating two development model: ① foundational analysis, ② program design, ③ program development, ④ program implementation and evaluation. This study was carried out through reviewing available literature, analyzing the cases, developing the model for career guidance program, and asking opinions from a panel of experts. The major results in this study were 1) objects and goals of career guidance program for Elementary School Students, 2) career guidance model that was developed and consisted of five dimensions: ① understanding oneself, ② understanding the world of work, ③ understanding the world of education, ④ making rational career decision, and ⑤ making plan about one"s career, 3) dimensions and specific contents of career guidance program, 4) career guidance program for elementary school students: ① teacher"s guide book and ②student"s work book, 5) description form of career guidance program. Career guidance program for elementary school students was evaluated by testing two groups of elementary school students through "Career Development Inventory for elementary school students(Lee, 2005)". That results were that experienced group score was higher than not experienced group to every domain of career development inventory. Based on the results, some recommendations and implementations were made in the paper.
