The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of protein intake and training on national softball team players" isokinetic muscle athletic performance aiming at 14 players of national softball team. The result of the study used SPSS Ver. 19.0 program and calculated the average and standard deviation of each group with experimental data, and compared before and after differences of protein intake on the isokinetic muscle by using repeated T-test. First, Among isokinetic muscle elements of the target group, angular speed of radiocarpal articulation 60°/sec, 180°/sec, angular speed of elbow joint 60°/sec, 180°/sec, angular speed of shoulder joint 60°/sec, 180°/sec, angular speed of hip 180°/sec, angular speed of knee joint 60°/sec, and angular speed of ankle joint 30°/sec, 180°/sec showed statistically significant difference on the protein intake and before and after training(p<.05), (p<.01), (p<.001). Second, Among isokinetic muscle elements of the target group, angular speed of radiocarpal articulation 60°/sec, 180°/sec, angular speed of shoulder joint 60°/sec, 180°/sec, angular speed of hip 60°/sec, 180°/sec, and angular speed of ankle joint 180°/sec showed statistically significant difference on before and after training(p<.05), (p<.01), (p<.001).
