The purpose of this study was to quantitatively compare the muscle activities between experts and beginners in ballet dancers of the Developpe. Participants were 18 ballet female ballet dancers. On the basis of their ballet career, They were divided into an expersts experst group: (age, 24.89 ± 1.83years; height, 167.11 ± 4.79㎝; mass, 50.44 ± 4.50), and a beginners beginner group: (age, 20.89 ± 1.17years; height, 160.89 ± 7.01㎝; mass, 48.89 ± 3.26) Descriptive data were expressed as mean ± standard deviation(SD) for all variables including (interval time), (displacement of the COM of the body, velocity of the center of mass the body), angles between of body segmentsed, and muscle activity. An independence t-test was used to determine find out the differences in the values of these variables between the experts and the beginners. The level of significance for all comparisons was set at p<0.05 Our results revealed that the values for interval time of the experts were significantly higher than those of the beginneers (p<0.05). The values for the displacement of the center of mass of the body Were significantly different between both groups(p<0.05). Also, the values for the velocity of the center of mass of the body and the angle of the hip were significantly higher in the experts than in the beginners. Muscle activity analysis showed that in the experts, muscle activity was higher in the biceps, left rectus femoris, and left lateral gastrocnemius than in other muscles; contrastingly, in the beginners, muscle activity was higher in the right rectus femoris and right lateral gastrocnemius than in other muscles. The findings of this study demonstrate that the experts executed a develop with proper skill. The findings of this study demonstrate that the experts executed a develop with proper skill. However The beginners executed their turns partially; therefore, (it is imperative that they undergo special training programs so that in future their movements appear more natural than their current movements)
