Résumé Les bonnes conditions d’implantation des TAVI sont essentiellement guidées par une réglementation DGOS et réservées à des centres disposant d’un service de cardiologie interventionnelle et d’un service de chirurgie cardiaque sur le même site. Une réunion de concertation doit valider les indications et l’anesthésie locale doit être largement privilégiée. Le nombre croissant des procédures en lien avec l’évolution des indications conduira à reconsidérer certaines modalités de réalisation de ces TAVI.
