The perovskite solar cell of claim 1, wherein the electron transporting compound is a metal oxide. 5. The perovskite solar cell of claim 4, wherein the metal oxide is selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide, tin oxide, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, niobium oxide, yttrium oxide, and barium titanate. 6. The perovskite solar cell of claim 1, wherein the electron transport layer is a laminated layer of a compact electron transport layer and a porous electron transport layer. 7. The perovskite solar cell of claim 1, wherein the hole transport layer includes at least lithium trifluoromethanesulfonylimide. 8. The perovskite solar cell of claim 1, wherein the hole transport layer includes at least a pyridine compound.
