A method of improving migration of foreskin fibroblasts, the method comprising: preparing exosomes derived from stem cells comprising proliferating human adipose-derived stem cells; andtreating the foreskin fibroblasts with the exosomes to improve the migration of the foreskin fibroblasts. 7. The method of claim 6, wherein the stem cells comprise one or more of bone marrow stem cells, cord blood stem cells, and adipose-derived stem cells. 8. The method of claim 6, wherein the treating the foreskin fibroblasts with the exosomes comprises treating the foreskin fibroblasts with the exosomes at a concentration of 1 to 150 μg per 1 mL of a composition comprising the exosomes. 10. A method of improving collagen synthesis of foreskin fibroblasts, the method comprising: preparing exosomes derived from stem cells comprising proliferating human adipose-derived stem cells; andtreating the foreskin fibroblasts with the exosomes to improve the collagen synthesis of the foreskin fibroblasts. 11. The method of claim 10, wherein the stem cells comprise one or more of bone marrow stem cells, cord blood stem cells, and adipose-derived stem cells. 12. The method of claim 11, wherein the stem cells are human-derived, animal-derived or plant-derived stem cells. 13. The method of claim 10, wherein the treating the foreskin fibroblasts with the exosomes comprises treating the foreskin fibroblasts with the exosomes at a concentration of 1 to 150 μg per 1 mL of a composition comprising the exosomes. 14. A method for skin whitening, wrinkle improvement or skin regeneration, the method comprising: preparing exosomes derived from stem cells comprising proliferating stem cells;administering the exosomes to a subject to whiten skin of the subject, improve wrinkles of the subject or regenerate skin of the subject, or a combination thereof 15. The method of claim 14, wherein the stem cells comprise one or more of bone marrow stem cells, cord blood stem cells, or adipose-derived stem cells. 16. The method of claim 15, wherein the stem cells are human- derived, animal-derived or plant-derived stem cells. 17. The method of claim 14, wherein the administering the exosomes to the subject comprises administering the exosomes to the subject at a concentration of 1 to 150 μg per 1 mL of a composition comprising the exosomes.
